Let's start with the wine. However, we will not talk about our passion, nor the terroir, grapes, or slopes. We know, our wine cellar is of high quality. Here we want to talk about what is unique. In addition to the major regions, we have wines from Mediterranean areas that are not as well known. For example, we like to serve white wines from Rioja and Alvarinho wines from Portugal.
Before dinner? Have a classic like Negroni, always a pleasure, but why not try something newer, more modern? Maybe a Chivas Chicas, topped with Lillet Rosé and Italicus liqueurs. Or a Victoria's Apple with calvados and yellow chartreuse. Or why not start with an unpasteurized Tankovna beer from Pilsner Urquell? There is no better beer.
